Canonizing

Music has never been my passion...but listening to this "particular kind of music" has become my escape whenever I am depressed, upset, overpowered by somber stuff, or whenever I am under pressure and compelling tasks start to act upon me and destroy my very state of equilibrium.

So without further fuss...this music I am referring to is...classical music genre.

While studying Engineering Science, I am listening over and over again to three various version of canon: Canon in D major of Pachelbel, Canon in D performed by Vienna Boys Choir, and Canon in Piano. Here are sample vids:

Piano Version(I uploaded two piano versions to give you a chance to judge which one is better)

This one is performed by Vienna Boys Choir.
I don't know, but this version made me focused -- a great motivation indeed!
Their angelic innocent voice...I just so love it.

I hope this version, a peaceful and soothing one, can help you feel relaxed and at least slacken off a bit your busy day...

That's it.

I hope you enjoy too :)

I like the second video performance. Very relaxing, thanks for uploading the video. Truly helped elevate my stress since my Maths exam is next Thursday! XD

Though, my music preferences when I'm somber is quite the opposite; rock songs will do fine for me. =) Either way, it's always nice to once in a while venture out to something different.

Myself too, have an exam on Monday and Tuesday. God bless to our exam.

back in high school pina-memorize samin sobra daming classical music... may quiz pa nga kami noon, dapat ma-recongize namin yung title and yung composer nung classical piece just by listening to it. pero yung iba di ko na matandaan ngayon hehe

isa sa fave ko rin itong canon in d major ni pachelbel. panoorin mo yung "the classic", ginamit to dun sa movie na yun... isa sa peyborit korean movies ko yun starring son ye jin hehehe

i learned recently that its highly recommended for babies or pregnant mommies to listen to classical music, as it is very helpful in stimulating the child's brain.

and mas maganda makinig sa ganitong music while studying as it helps you retain more of what you studied. share ko lang.

@Odin: I will...if I have the time.
Busy sa school lately..exam almost every week.

@Share my point of view: Right! All the best for us...as in ALL THE BEST!

@Gillboard: Yeah I've read about that too. Sana nga nung nasa tiyan pa ko ng nanay ko eh nakikinig na siya ng ganitong music..di sana henyo ako ngayon. LOL!

@TheDong: When I first heard it...parang wala lang..but when I listen to it over and over again..I get hypnotized with their voice.

@Joshua: I don't quite like the rock version. I'm not into it actually. But alternative rock will do :)

@Sivakumar: Thanks for visiting here. Sure I'll add you up :)

@Roneiluke: As I said...I'm not into rock music.
Actually, I don't stick to this genre...any music will do, for as long as the lyrics are sensible :)
